Upper Deck is positioned as an elevated steakhouse and bar overlooking the Tung Chung waterfront, with views towards the airport runway and surrounding landscape. Its dining concept combines premium steaks, wine and an atmosphere designed for longer, more considered occasions.

The waterfront setting became an important part of the interior strategy. Furniture placement, sightlines and the material palette were considered around the dining experience, allowing the restaurant to feel refined without competing with the views that define its location.
