Elevated Dining on the Tung Chung Waterfront

Set above the Tung Chung waterfront, Upper Deck combines steakhouse dining, wine and an expansive surrounding landscape. The views towards the airport runway and waterfront give the restaurant a distinctive sense of place.

Ferramount supported the project through restaurant furniture sourcing, FF&E procurement, interior material sourcing and manufacturing coordination, helping shape an interior that complements its surroundings.

Because the surrounding views are an important part of the dining experience, the interior needed to support them rather than compete with them. Furniture placement, seating, finishes and material choices were carefully considered around comfort and overall visual balance.
