Located at AIRSIDE, The Cipollini Pizzeria brings together the familiarity of Italian comfort food with a contemporary urban setting. The concept centres around pizza, pasta, gelato and an open kitchen, creating an informal dining experience built around food and connection.

The interior consists of timber tones designed to feel warm, social and informal, with natural-looking materials and comfortable furniture creating an environment where guests can settle in and enjoy the experience. The open kitchen adds another layer to the space, making the preparation of food - part of the visual character of the restaurant.

Ferramount supported the project across furniture sourcing, FF&E procurement, interior materials and supplier coordination, helping coordinate the key elements required to deliver the intended interior.
