The Cipollini Pizzeria brings the character of Italian dining into AIRSIDE's contemporary urban environment. With pizza, pasta, gelato and an open kitchen, the restaurant is designed around a welcoming sense of Italian food culture rather than formal fine dining.

The design opportunity was to make the space feel authentic without appearing overly traditional. Natural-looking finishes, intimate seating and the relationship between the dining room and open kitchen helped create a more immediate connection between guests and the food.

Ferramount supported the project's sourcing and coordination requirements, helping align the interior elements with the restaurant's approachable identity. The resulting environment balances rustic warmth with the cleaner character of a contemporary commercial development.
