Quiero Más occupies the penthouse level of M88 in Central, bringing Spanish-Mediterranean dining into a contemporary urban setting. The concept combines the informality of a tapas bar with the polish of an elevated restaurant, creating a space designed for both dining and social occasions.

The interior direction called for a balance between warmth and refinement. Furniture, finishes and lighting were selected to create a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere without losing the sophistication expected from a Central Hong Kong venue.

Ferramount supported the project through coordinated sourcing and supplier management, helping translate the design intent into a cohesive hospitality environment. The result is a space that feels contemporary, welcoming and distinctly Mediterranean while remaining suited to the pace of an urban restaurant and bar.
