A Fresh Expression of Vietnamese Dining by the Sea

Pho Bay brings Vietnamese cuisine to Discovery Bay with a menu built around pho, banh mi, rice-paper rolls, grills and other familiar regional dishes. Its waterfront location and combination of indoor and outdoor seating give the restaurant a naturally open and approachable character.

Rather than treating Vietnamese identity as decoration alone, the project focused on the qualities that shape the dining experience itself. Warm materials, comfortable furniture and an uncluttered spatial approach helped create an environment that feels fresh and welcoming, while remaining practical for an active restaurant operation.

Ferramount supported the sourcing and coordination of the interior requirements, helping maintain consistency across the guest-facing environment. The result is a relaxed waterfront restaurant designed to support both everyday dining and the distinctive character of Discovery Bay.
