Set along the waterfront in Tung Chung, Ouzo Bar & Restaurant brings together casual dining and a relaxed bar experience. The setting naturally creates an atmosphere suited to social meals, drinks and longer evenings.

Ferramount supported the project through restaurant furniture sourcing, FF&E procurement, interior material sourcing and manufacturing coordination, helping bring together the furniture, finishes and interior elements required for the space.

The interior was developed around comfort, movement and atmosphere, with furniture and materials selected to create an easy and welcoming environment while supporting the practical demands of a busy hospitality venue. The project reflects Ferramount’s project-led approach to hospitality sourcing, connecting the character of the location with suitable products, suppliers and manufacturing solutions.
