A Waterfront Setting Built for Evening Dining

Located along Tung Chung's waterfront, Ouzo Bar & Restaurant combines dining with a relaxed bar atmosphere. Its location places the guest experience closely alongside the waterfront, creating a setting suited to casual meals, drinks and longer evenings.

For this project, the interior was shaped around the relationship between seating, movement and the surrounding waterfront environment. Furniture and finishes were selected to maintain an easy, welcoming atmosphere while giving the space enough definition to work as both a restaurant and bar.

Ferramount coordinated the sourcing requirements with the practical demands of a commercial hospitality venue, ensuring the interior elements worked together as a cohesive environment. The finished space balances everyday functionality with the informal character expected from a waterfront dining destination in Tung Chung.
