A Mediterranean Dining by the Sea

ONA brings together culinary influences from Spain, Italy, Greece and the Middle East within the relaxed setting of Discovery Bay. Its waterfront location and combination of indoor and outdoor dining create a natural connection between the restaurant and its surroundings.

The interior interprets Mediterranean design through a warm and contemporary material palette, with natural textures, soft furniture forms and carefully considered lighting creating an atmosphere that feels inviting throughout the day. The design remains contemporary and understated, allowing the coastal surroundings to complement rather than compete with the interior.

Ferramount supported the project through project-led sourcing and coordinated procurement, covering restaurant furniture, FF&E, interior materials and supplier coordination. Products were sourced around the specific design direction, dimensions, functionality and operational requirements of the space.

The space needed to work across different dining occasions, from daytime meals to relaxed evening gatherings. Furniture and materials were therefore selected with both atmosphere and everyday functionality in mind. The result is a flexible hospitality environment that combines Mediterranean warmth, waterfront character and practical commercial performance.
