A Warmer Take on Casual Dining
Mint & Basil in Sai Wan Ho brings together the flavours of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine in a setting designed for relaxed, everyday dining. The interior needed to feel welcoming while standing up to the rhythm of a busy restaurant.
Ferramount helped shape the physical environment through restaurant furniture, interior materials, FF&E sourcing and project coordination, with attention to comfort, visual consistency and practical commercial requirements.
Comfort as Part of the Design
For a restaurant built around sharing food and spending time together, seating and spatial comfort become central to the guest experience rather than secondary considerations.
The project reflects Ferramount's approach to restaurant interior sourcing in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong: bringing together the functional and visual elements that allow a dining concept to feel cohesive from the first impression through to the everyday guest experience.
