Italian Dining With an Urban Edge

Gusto combines the warmth of Italian dining with the energy of a contemporary bar. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant is designed for different moments — from casual meals and conversations to drinks and later evening gatherings.

Rather than relying on a single decorative theme, the project was driven by the relationship between the bar, seating areas and guest circulation. Furniture scale and placement were considered to preserve movement through the space while maintaining comfortable zones for longer dining.

The interior creates this atmosphere through layered lighting, considered furniture, warm finishes and a strong relationship between the bar and dining areas. Ferramount acted as a sourcing and procurement partner, supporting the project across restaurant furniture, FF&E, interior materials and supplier coordination. Products and solutions were sourced around the specific design, functional and operational requirements of the restaurant.

The result is a polished restaurant and bar environment that combines Italian character with contemporary urban functionality.
