Refreshing a Dining Space with Heritage
Gaylord is one of Hong Kong's established Indian dining destinations, recognised for its traditional cuisine and long-standing presence in Tsim Sha Tsui. The interior therefore needed to complement a restaurant identity built around heritage, elegance and a strong sense of occasion.
The key consideration was balance. The design needed to feel established without becoming overly traditional. Richer material choices, considered furniture and coordinated finishes helped preserve a sense of Indian hospitality while allowing the environment to feel relevant to a contemporary dining audience.
Ferramount supported the project by coordinating the sourcing requirements behind the interior, with attention to specification, consistency and commercial durability. The resulting environment maintains a formal dining character while creating a more comfortable and contemporary guest experience.
