Reinterpreting a Heritage Dining Experience

Gaylord brings a long-standing Indian dining identity to Tsim Sha Tsui. The interior needed to preserve its heritage and elegance while creating a more contemporary and comfortable dining experience.

Ferramount supported the project across furniture sourcing, FF&E procurement, interior materials and manufacturing coordination, ensuring the different elements of the interior worked together consistently. Furniture, materials and finishes were selected to create a balance between tradition and contemporary dining. Richer tones and considered detailing maintain the restaurant’s established character, while the overall environment feels more relaxed and relevant.

The restaurant needed to transition naturally between casual meals, drinks and terrace dining, making flexibility an important part of the sourcing approach. Furniture and interior elements were selected to provide comfort and practical performance while maintaining visual continuity between the indoor and outdoor areas.
