Designing for Waterfront, Alfresco Hospitality

Cabana Breeze at Sheraton Tung Chung combines a Tiki-inspired atmosphere with Asian flavours, coastal seafood and an alfresco waterfront setting. The concept naturally called for an interior that felt relaxed and resort oriented while remaining appropriate for a busy hospitality operation.

Being close to the waterfront introduced a different set of requirements. Furniture and finishes needed to balance visual appeal with the demands of high-use and more open dining areas. Sourcing therefore placed particular emphasis on practical specifications, material suitability and consistency across the guest environment.

Ferramount coordinated the sourcing requirements around the project's hospitality setting, supporting the transition from design concept to finished environment. The result is a space built around relaxed seating, outdoor living and the informal character expected from a contemporary waterfront bar and grill.
