AIA Vitality Hub

A Flexible Environment for Health & Wellness

The AIA Vitality Hub was created as a public-facing health and wellness destination at Hong Kong's Central Harbourfront. Unlike a conventional office environment, the space needed to accommodate movement, group activities, events and a steady flow of visitors throughout the day.

Flexibility therefore became the defining requirement. The physical environment needed to remain welcoming while adapting to different classes, community activities and changing group sizes. Material and furniture choices had to support that versatility without making the space feel purely functional.

Ferramount supported the project's interior sourcing and coordination, helping translate the operational brief into a practical public environment. The resulting space combines a clean commercial character with the openness and accessibility expected from a community-focused wellness destination.
