Italian Gelateria and Café Experience

3 Italani brings together gelato, chocolate and espresso within a relaxed Italian-inspired setting at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel. The concept draws on the social character of Italian café culture, creating a place where guests can stop for a quick treat or spend time enjoying the atmosphere.

The interior combines warm materials, considered furniture and a strong central counter, creating a welcoming environment despite the compact footprint. The design keeps the products visually prominent while providing enough space for guests to pause and interact. Ferramount supported the project through furniture sourcing, FF&E procurement, interior material sourcing and supplier coordination, helping coordinate the different elements around the compact footprint and operational requirements.

In a compact venue, every material and furniture element contributes to the overall experience. Ferramount’s sourcing approach therefore focused on maintaining visual clarity while providing practical solutions for customer flow, seating and service. The result is a polished and approachable environment where Italian café culture meets the practical requirements of a contemporary hotel setting.
