A Compact Italian Experience Built Around Craft

3 Italiani brings Italian gelato, chocolate and espresso culture to Tung Chung, creating a more intimate food-and-beverage experience within the hospitality environment of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel. The concept is centred on craftsmanship, quality and the social pleasure of Italian café culture.

In a smaller-format venue, every element has greater visual impact. The counter, customer-facing areas and seating had to work as one compact environment, allowing the products themselves to remain the visual focus while maintaining an inviting space for guests to pause, meet and enjoy the experience.

Ferramount contributed to the sourcing and coordination of the interior requirements, ensuring that the individual elements supported the compact footprint and hospitality setting. The finished space reflects the approachable character of an Italian gelateria while maintaining a polished commercial presence.
